2. Our Services

GoGo Iraq operates as a marketplace connecting customers with verified car rental vendors across Iraq. We facilitate bookings but do not own or operate rental vehicles directly. Each rental agreement is between you and the respective vendor.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle through our platform
• A valid driver's license is required for all rentals

4. Booking & Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is made directly to the vendor at pickup
• A security deposit is required and will be specified for each vehicle
• Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are displayed during booking

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors listed on GoGo Iraq are verified and must:

• Maintain valid business licenses and insurance
• Provide vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition
• Honor confirmed bookings at the agreed price
• Respond to booking requests within 30 minutes

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Return vehicles on time and in the same condition
• Report any damage or accidents immediately
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Do not sublease or allow unauthorized drivers

7. Limitation of Liability

GoGo Iraq acts solely as a marketplace platform. We are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of vendors or customers
• Vehicle conditions, accidents, or damages
• Disputes between vendors and customers
• Service interruptions or technical issues

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage direct communication between parties. GoGo Iraq may assist in mediation but final resolution is between the vendor and customer.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
