For Customers — How to Rent a Car
Search for a car
Visit the homepage or the Cars page. Choose your city, pick-up and return dates, and browse available vehicles. You can filter by category (sedan, SUV, economy, etc.), price range, and transmission type.
Compare options
Each car listing shows the daily price, deposit amount, vendor rating, and key features. Click on any car to see full details including insurance type, mileage limit, fuel policy, and photos.
Submit a booking request
Fill in your name, phone/WhatsApp number, pick-up location, and dates. No payment is required at this stage — you only pay when you pick up the car.
Wait for vendor confirmation
The vendor will respond within 30 minutes. You'll receive confirmation via WhatsApp. If the vendor doesn't respond in time, you're free to book with another company.
Pick up your car
Meet the vendor at the agreed location (airport, city center, or a specific address). Complete the paperwork, pay the rental fee + deposit, and drive away!
Return the car
Return the car on the agreed date and time, in the same condition. The vendor will inspect the car and refund your deposit (minus any damages or extra charges, if applicable).
For Vendors — Listing Your Cars
Register your company
Go to the 'For Business' page and fill in your company details: name, WhatsApp number, email, city, and a short description. You'll need to create a free account.
Get verified
Our team will review your registration within 24–48 hours. We may ask for a business license or insurance documents. Once verified, you'll receive a 'Verified' badge on your profile.
Add your cars
From your Vendor Dashboard, click 'Add Car'. Fill in the car name, category, photos (up to 3), pricing for different rental periods, deposit amount, and features.
Manage bookings
When a customer submits a booking request, you'll receive a notification. You have 30 minutes to confirm or decline. You can manage all bookings from your dashboard.
Grow your business
Track your performance with analytics — views, bookings, and revenue. Respond quickly to get better visibility. Collect reviews from happy customers to build trust.
Pricing & Payments
How Pricing Works
All prices on GoGo Iraq are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Each car listing shows the daily rate on the card. When you view the details, you'll see tiered pricing for longer rentals — the more days you book, the lower the effective daily rate.
Deposits
Most cars require a refundable deposit, paid at pick-up. The deposit amount is clearly displayed on each listing. The deposit is returned when you return the car in good condition. Deposits are typically paid in cash.
No Online Payment Required
GoGo Iraq does not process payments online. All payments (rental fee + deposit) are made directly to the vendor at pick-up. No credit card is needed to submit a booking request.

Policies
Before vendor confirms: Free cancellation, no questions asked.
After vendor confirms: Contact the vendor directly via WhatsApp. Cancellation terms vary by vendor — most offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
No-show: If you don't show up at the agreed time without notice, the vendor may charge a no-show fee. Always communicate with your vendor.
